Born in Hoxie, Ks. Daughter of Norman Joseph Sr. & Bessie O (Burch) Hickert. He married Kenda McDowell on Aug. 25, 2000, in Hill City, Ks. Survivors include his wife; a stepson, Josh Tubs, two brothers Joe & Bill Hickert & three grandchildren.
Burial in Memorial Lawn Cemetery
