Venetia Fay HOLMES:

Venetia Fay Holmes, 48, Bogue, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2007, at Graham County Hospital, Hill City. She was born Oct. 2, 1959, in Hill City to Francis Leroy and Helen Marie (Paugh) Koel. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her companion, Kirk Cheney, of the home; three daughters, Wendy Schieferecke and Monica Heskett, and Joan Turley, her mother, three brothers, Alvin Kent, James Koel, and David Koel, two sisters, Joyce Griffin, and Karla Miller, and seven grandchildren. Her father preceded her in death.

Burial in the Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Hill City.
