Irene Salladay

Irene Salladay, 95, Hill City, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2009, at Dawson Place Nursing Home, Hill City. She was born March 1, 1913, in rural Graham County to Ira James and Thirza May (Swaim) Winterowd.

She married Roy Calvin Salladay on June 6, 1934, in Hill City. He preceded her in death July 11, 1961. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include a daughter, Yvonne Barron, four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Hill City Christian Church; burial in Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Hill City.
