T. N. SANGER
Mr. T. N. Sanger Enlisted Apr. 30, 1890 at Fort Riley, Kansas, As one of the first Kansas Volunteers in the reorganization of Custer D. Troop of the 7th Calvary. Mr. Sanger fought in the Battle of Wounded Knee, South Dakota in Dec. of 1890. At times he was stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas, & at Carse 30,
Texas, patrtroling the Mexican border, also Fort Sam Houston, Texas & at Fort Bayard N. Mexico patrolling for renegade Indians. In 1898 his unit transported to Hunts Ville, Alabama & Macon,
Georgia en route to Vedado, Cuba, Unit being discharged at Havanna, Cuba April 30, 1899.
