Born near Densmore Son of Oscar & Ellen (Griffith) Showers. He married Norma Overturf on Jan. 9, 1944. Survivors include six sons, Jim Showers, John Showers, Kenny Showers, Steve Showers, Eddy Showers, & Doug Showers. a daughter, Cathy Logan, a sister, Mildred Thomas, 17 grandchildren, & 14 great-grandchildren.
Burial in Hill City Cemetery
