Dorothy D. Spencer, 77, Hill City, died Monday, March 26, 2007, at Gove County
Medical Center, Quinter. She was born Oct. 21, 1929, in rural Sheridan County,
daughter of Walter and Mary Elizabeth (Brewster) Toll. She married James D.
"Don" Spencer on Oct. 22, 1947. She was a funeral director.
Survivors include her husband, of the home; three daughters, Cynthia Spencer,
Linda Daily, and Christina Owen, and 12 grandchildren; and two
great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, J.D. Spencer.
