Lucielle (Pennington) Triplett:

Lucielle (Pennington) Triplett, 89, Hill City, formerly of Bogue, died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008, at Graham County Hospital, Hill City.

She was born Sept. 20, 1919, near Hill City to Russell and Mary (McCain) Pennington.

She married Tom Triplett on Sept. 2, 1937, in Norton. He preceded her in death. She was owner of Bogue Creamery, C&T Grocery and Bogue Sundries.

Survivors include two brothers, Walter Pennington, and Russell Pennington.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Bogue United Methodist Church; burial in Wildhorse Cemetery, Bogue.
