Francis WELTY, father of Jos. WELTY, living 3 miles north-west of Hill City, died this morning at the residence of his son. Mr. WELTY was born in Germany in the year 1811, and has been a resident of this country fifty years. He located in Kentucky in an early day, and moved from there to this county in 1884.
