Funeral services were held today for William Edwin Hall, 75, who died Monday afternoon at his home 306 Ave. G east, following a two months illness.  The services were held from the Johnson Funeral Parlors with Rev. Claude L. Miller of the First Christian  church in charge.  Interment was in Eastside cemetery.
 
Mr. Hall was born July 30, 1855 near Iowa City, Ia.  He was married in July 20, 1877 to Nancy Jane Williams and to this union ten children were born, six of whom survive.  Mrs. Hall died 12 years ago and he was married the second time to Angeline Stevens on July 30 1921, who survives together with the children of the first marriage; A. M. Hall of Kansas City; Mo.; Mrs. Sarah Ann Rogers of Santa Ana, Calif.; Mrs. H. W. McCreery of Emporia; J. A. Coots, Mrs. Lydia Heller and Miss Mina Lois Hall, all of this city; by a brother, M. W. Hall of Stafford, 17 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
 
He came to Kansas fifty years ago, first settling at Stafford county where he lived for 20 years, coming to Hutchinson 34 years ago to make his home.  He was a member of the First Christian church.
