Lloyd M. Shufelberger Obituary
The Hutchinson News Lloyd M. Shufelberger Lloyd M. Shufelberger, 70, 714 1/2 East 8th, died at his home at 5:35 a.m. Thursday, after a two weeks illness. He was born Feb. 18, 1889, at Goddard, had farmed near Haven for 20 years, moving to Hutchinson a year ago. He was a member of the Christian Church. Survivors are the widow Jane; three daughters, Mrs. Martha Mason, Wichita, Mrs. Mildred Van Campen, 315 North Popular, South Hutchinson, Mrs. Doris Humiston, 519 West 7th; one son, Loren Don, 318 West 1st; one brother, Arch, Newton; two sisters, Mrs. May Moore, Kingman, Mrs. Grace Madden, Wichita; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at Volkland Chapel. Rev. Thomas J. Bennett will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove United Brethren Cemetery.
Note: Lloyd was buried at Valley Township Cemetery, Reno County. May be the same cemetery as Pleasant Grove.
