Albert (Bert) R. Stewart
Turon Albert ( Bert) R. Stewart, 69, dided
Friday morning at grace Hospital after a heart attack earlier in the
morning.
He was born Dec. 26, 1891, at Neola, a community
near Truon, worked for Socony Vacuum Co. from 1919 to 1944 and operated the
Stewart Locker Plant here until he retired in February, 1961. He was a
World War I veteran, member of the Methodist church and Turon Masonic Lodge.
Survivors are the widow, Ilda; a son Donald D.,
904 West 29th, Hutchinson; a brother, Arthur T., Preston, and three
grandchildren.
