Jack DUNLAP, class of ’20, is attending Leland Stanford University
in California.
Lynn DUNLAP is seeing “America First,” in a skeeter.
Leeford GIVENS, class of ’22, is now editor of the Denver Daily Stockman,
the
only stock paper of its kind in Colorado.
Don GIVENS, class of ’25, has enrolled as a Freshman at the University
of Wichita.
Iva FORCE, class of ’24, is working in a chain grocery store at Topeka,
Kansas.
Claude SMITH, class of ’25, has enrolled in post-graduate work in
S.C.H.S.
Mrs. Albert OLSON, formerly Grace SPAULDING of the class of ’24,
moved to
Quinter with her husband who is to be the manager of the telephone exchange
at that place.
Janovine GREENLEE has returned from a four months tour of the west
and
has resumed her position as toll operator at the local exchange. She
was a member
of the class of ’25.
Lee JONES, class of ’24, is with the United Telephone Co. as line
man at
Russell, Kansas.
Helen KIRK class of ’22, enjoyed a sight-seeing trip through the
west during
her vacation this summer.
Reuben BOULWARE, class of ’22, joined the married ranks this summer.
He is with his father in the mercantile business at Modoc.
Lola PEAK, class of ’23 is employed as an instructor to the lower
grades of
Dist. 18, at Towner, Colorado
Miss Agnes CHENEY, class of ’22, was married August 21, to Ivy SICKLER.
Agnes has been a school teacher for a number of years in this county.

Leland GEIST, a former student of S.C.H.S., is attending school at
Sublette, Kansas.
Asa McBRIDE, a former student of S.C.H.S. will attend military school
at Mexico, Missouri this fall.
Hubert PHILLIPS left Saturday, Sept. 4, for
Kansas City where he will work
and attend high school. He attended this school while a Freshman and
a Sophomore.
Ben NOBLE, who attended S.C.H.S. his Freshman year is employed in
a dairy
and creamery farm near Monte Vista, Col.
Miss Arleen ROARK, who was a Junior last year was married to Ralph
D. Wentz,
of LaJunta, Colo., July 21. Mr. Wentz is an auto dealer. They
are living in
LaJunta at present
Griff DAVIS, a former student, is teaching at Arnold.
Word has been received that Iona WILCOX of Gentry, Arkansas, a former
student
of S.C.H.S. was married in August. It is not known to whom, but they
are making their home near that place.
Elvin DENG is attending school at S.C.H.S. again this year.
Marguerite FORCE is attending school in Topeka.
Fern HICKEY is attending school in Topeka.
Kenneth FORCE, class of ’24, is employed by an Insurance Company
of New York City. He expects to attend K.U. this year.
