FIND WICHITAN
DEAD IN BED
Police entered the room of John B. Harris, 64, in a downtown hotel late Friday
afternoon to find him dead in his bed. They had been called by the landlady who noticed
that he had not appeared thruout the day.
Dr. Lang F. Bowman, coroner, who investigated said Mr. Harris had died of natural
causes possib1y about 12 hours before.
Mr. Harris had not been in good health and had done some light work in the downtown
district.
Officials of the Flanagan Bourman Mortuary where the body was taken are trying to locate
relatives.
