Mrs. W. W. Peck, 410 North Pershing, received word Friday that her brother, Phillip C. Hayes, had died at his home in Corpus Christi, Tex. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Phillip Hayes, of the home, his mother, Mrs. W. H. Hayes, and three brothers, Clarence, Wallace, and Ashton, of California. Funeral services will be held at Iola, Kas., with the Sleeper Mortuary in charge.
