Graveside Rites Set For Battle Victim
Graveside services for Norman Bryant Lusk, of El Dorado, who was killed in
the service Aug. 10, 1944, in France, will be held Friday at 3:30 p. m. in the
Old Mission cemetery in El Dorado. Rev. S. E. Bruce, of El Dorado, will
officiate.
Lusk was born Jan. 25, 1925, in Wichita, and attended high school in El Dorado.
He was a student at St. John's Military Academy in Salina, Kan., before
enlisting in the service in February, 1943. He received his training at Camp
Campbell, Ky., and went overseas in November, 1943.
Surviving him are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lusk, and a sister, Mrs. Merle
Mitchell, of El Dorado; grandmother, Mrs. J. I. Gresham, of Wichita; three
Uncles and five aunts.
Byrd funeral home of El Dorado is in charge of funeral arrangements.
