Rev. D. Swart, 83, retired Evangelical minister, died at his home in Holton, Kan. Thursday. He had served pastorates at Holton, Yates Center, Hutchinson, Hiawatha, Kan. and St. Joseph, Mo, for a period of 50 years before retiring 11 years ago, the Associated Press reported.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Anna Swart, and three daughters, Mrs. Pearl McKee, Wichita, Mrs. Russell Downey, St. Joseph, and Miss Gladys Swart, Des Moines. Funeral services will be held at the Holton Evangelical church Sunday at 3 p. m.
