Herbert J. BRAUN
Born in Collyer, Ks. Son of Nicholas A. and Catherine (Riedel) Braun. He married Elizabeth Witman in April 1940 at Garden City. She preceded him in death in April 1956. He later married Vivian Rhodes on Oct. 19, 1961, at Fort Worth, Texas. Survivors include his wife, of the home; three sons, Howard Braun, Richard Braun, & the Rev. Paul Scheumack Jr., a daughter, Dianne Scheumack-Wolcott, a sister, Cecelia Adamson, 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a great-grandson. Burial in Valley View Cemetery, Garden City.
