Born in Trego County. Son of Henry & Anna Elizabeth (Schmidt) Dietz. Married Alvena Denies on Aug. 17, 1941, in WaKeeney. He was a farmer & grain elevator manager for WaKeeney & Voda, retiring in 1980. Survivors include his wife, of the home; two sons, Larry & Raydene Dietz, two brothers, Fred, David & a sister, Clara Deines.
Burial in Wakeeney Cemetery.
