Born in Plainville, Kansas. Son of Edward Carl & Nanny Rebecha (Hall) Elliott. Married Anna Frances Bliss on March 31, 1949, in Ellis, Kansas. Survivors include his wife, a son Edward Carl Elliott, & a daughter, June Ann Elliott. He was preceded in death by a son, John Elliott.
