Survivors include his wife, two daughters, Valerie Mejia & her husband Sebastin & their daughter, Alexis, & Melanie Herman., His parents, two brothers, Tim & Mark Herman, two sisters, Rose Davidson, & Michelle Lopez. Burial in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Ellis, Kansas.
