NAME, DATE OF DEATH: Roberta O. Kemp, 83, died Saturday, Oct. 28, 2000, at Hays Medical Center.

DATE OF BIRTH and LOCATION: Sept. 16, 1917, in McPherson, Kansas

PARENTS: John and Laura Mae (Moore) Waldmeier

SURVIVORS: A son, Bill, Grandview, Mo.; two daughters, Shirley M. Fischer, Redwood City, Calif., and Charlotte G. Tessaro, Colby; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: Her husband, Woodrow Kemp, two brothers, James and Lester Waldmeier, and three sisters, Lula Enos, Vida Council and Hazel Koons.
