NAME, DATE OF DEATH: Artalee L. Newbrey, 78, died Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2001, at Osborne County Memorial Hospital, Osborne, Kansas

DATE OF BIRTH and LOCATION: Oct. 21, 1922, in Woodston, Kansas

PARENTS: Herman and Ida (Kleinham) Peacock

SURVIVORS: Two daughters, Debra Gentry, Aurora, Colo., and Linda Edwards, Grand Junction, Colo.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: Her husband, Wayne, a son, Jarrett, two sisters, and two brothers.
