DATE OF BIRTH and LOCATION: July 3, 1921, on a farm north of Bloomington, Kansas

PARENTS: Leonard and Eva (Hoar) Conn

SURVIVORS: His wife, Marjorie, of the home; two sons, Douglas, Hastings, Neb., and Leslie, Hartford, Conn.; two daughters, Martha Baxter, Owasso, Okla., and Shelly Schneider, Leawood; two brothers, Dwight, Freedom, Okla., and Marvin, Little Rock, Ark.; five grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
