SURVIVORS: His wife, Eris, of the home; two sons, William L. and Bradley J., both of Stockton; a daughter, Rebecca L. Waller Stephan, Wichita; a sister, Lecretia Waller Brown, Elizabeth City, N.C.; and five grandchildren
