Lucas, Kansas DATE OF BIRTH and LOCATION: Jan. 27, 1918, in Dexter, Kansas PARENTS: Carl Logan and Ethel Marion (Jacka) Smith SURVIVORS: A son, Dallas, Russell; two daughters, Janet Cable and Julie Meyer, Russell; a brother, Grant Smith, Colby; a sister, Pauline Green, Chautaqua; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: His wife, Vera Mae (Glazier) Smith, three sisters, Gertrude Nimz, Laura Lutters and Audrey Jean Hilmes. |
