DATE OF BIRTH and LOCATION: Feb. 8, 1926, in Lincoln County, Kansas PARENTS: John M. and Ruth (Eshe) Vopat SURVIVORS: His wife, Frances (Friebus) Vopat of the home; a son, Leslie, Wilson; two daughters, Tamara Garrett, Hutchinson, and Dawn Obermeyer, Wichita; a brother, Harold, Wichita; and eight grandchildren. PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: An infant sister and an infant grandson. |
