Obituary of HENRY C. STRECKER
Henry C. Strecker, 71, Dies at Medical Center
Galatia - Henry C. Strecker, 71, a life-long resident of the Galatia community, died Monday evening (14 February 1976) in the Central Kansas Medical Center, Great Bend, following a long illness. Born, Aug. 24, 1898, in Barton County, he was a retired farmer.

Funeral services will be at the St. Paul Lutheran Church, Galatia, at 2 p.m. Thursday with Rev. Theo Judt officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Galatia. Friends may call at the Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, Hoisington, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. Wednesday and at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday.

A memorial in his name has been established at the church.
He was married Aug. 24, 1919 to the former Caroline Keil, at Milberger. The widow survives him. Other survivors are a son,, Paul H., Galatia; a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Neeley, Denver; three brothers, George, Bazine; Ed, LaCrosse, and Emanuel, Milberger; two sisters, Mrs. Alex Bertha Nuss, Dodge City, and Mrs. Anna Nuss, Hutchinson, and six grandchildren.
