Information & Photos submitted & © 2004 - by: Karen Rodenbaugh for KSGenWeb

It has been many years since I have been able to visit the Floral Cemetery, due to both my work and my health. Therefore I must rely on my memory of days gone past. When I first saw the cemetery, about 1937, there were few stones and a good many metal markers. On later visits these markers had started to disappear until on my last visit there were none visible. Most of my knowledge of this cemetery was given to me orally by my Great Uncle, Dee Witt Wade, who is now himself resting in the Floral Cemetery. .......... Paul
