12-6-1925 — 3-5-2007Freda Colborg, 81, Ellis, died Monday, March 5, 2007 at the Lutheran Home, WaKeeney. She was born Dec. 6, 1925, in Trego County, daughter of John Fred and Bertha (Bender) Eichman. She married Otto T. Colborg on Jan. 31, 1946, in Ellis. He preceded her in death April 3, 2001.

Survivors include four sons, Arlin Colborg and wife, LeeAnn, Otto F. Colburg III and wife, Ingrid, Jerry Colborg and wife, Pamela, and Verlin Colborg, three brothers, Paul Eichman, Herman Eichman, and Thelmar Eichman, five sisters, Elma Hellwig, Martha Stegman, Leah Meyers and Elsie Kirsick, and Bertha Yanda, and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Theodore Eugene Colborg; two brothers, William and Raymond; and three sisters, Rosie Snodgrass, Clara Halblieb and Wanda Stramel.
Burial in Mount Hope Cemetery, Ellis.
