Lois M. Deines, 75, WaKeeney, died Thursday, July 12, 2007, at Trego County-Lemke Memorial Hospital, WaKeeney. She was born Aug. 17, 1931, in rural Rooks County to Rufus R. and Viola (Bradley) Horner. She attended schools in Rooks and Ellis counties. She married Raymond H. Deines on Aug. 28, 1949, in WaKeeney. He preceded her in death Jan. 13, 2003. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Gary Deines, a daughter, Ranita Deines, two brothers, Jack Horner, and Charles Horner, two sisters, Bonnie Hoffman, and June Floyd, and five grandchildren.
A son, Galen Deines, preceded her in death.
