Milton L. Dietz, 82, rural Trego County, died Sunday, May 31, 2009, at Trego Lemke Memorial Hospital, WaKeeney.
He was born January 25, 1927, on the family farm to Henry and Magdalena (Fabrizius) Dietz.
He was baptized and confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church, Trego Center. He attended Wilcox School, rural Trego County, and Trego Community High School.
Milton was a farmer/stockman, devoting his entire life to the family farm.
Survivors include two brothers, Alfred, Olympia, and Dwayne and wife Janet, Billings; one sister-in-law, Lois Dietz; two aunts, Pauline Fabrizius and Minnie Rohn; and a host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Martha Young, Rachel Bickerstaff and Esther Deines; one sister-in-law, Marge Dietz; one brother, Howard Dietz, and two sisters and one brother who died in infancy.
Burial at Zion Lutheran Church, Trego Center, at 10:30 A.M.
