Ada E. Garrett, 87, WaKeeney, died Friday, Sept. 28, 2007, at Trego County-Lemke Memorial Hospital, WaKeeney.
She was born Feb. 17, 1920, in rural Graham County to John and Ada (Franklin) McCoy. She attended schools in Graham County.
She married Myron E. Garrett on March 17, 1944, in Morland. He preceded her in death Oct. 11, 1995. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Gayle Garrett, and Doyle Garrett, a daughter, Wava Gerstner, six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a step great-grandchild.
Burial was in the WaKeeney City Cemetery.
