George L. Kucerik, 82, WaKeeney, formerly of Hays, died at Trego County-Lemke Memorial Hospital, WaKeeney.
He was born in Calhan, Colo. Son of Frank J. and Mary (Lazor) Kucerik. He graduated from high school in Calhan.
He married Agatha Brown on May 26, 1949, at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Ramah, Colo. She preceded him in death on April 26, 2006.
Survivors include a son, Michael A. Kucerik, a brother, Robert Kucerik, two sisters, Mary Garlic, and Francis Sproch, and 2 grandchildren.Burial in Christ the King Cemetery.
