Margaret Grace Schremmer, 94, WaKeeney, died Monday, July 7, 2008, at Trego County-Lemke Memorial Hospital Long Term Care, WaKeeney.
She was born March 31, 1914, in rural Russell County to Michael and Grace (Murphy) Driscoll. She graduated from Wilson High School.
She married Wilhelm "Bill" Frederick Schremmer on July 27, 1937, in Dubuque. He preceded her in death Jan. 28, 2002. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Gerald Schremmer; six daughters, Joan Reames, Joyce Schwarzenberger, Janice Dreiling, Janet Savage, Jeanne Mohr, and JoQuita Schremmer; 21 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a son, Keith Schremmer; a daughter, Judy Unrein; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Christ the King Catholic Church, WaKeeney; burial in St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, Collyer.
