Ronald "Doc" McCoy, M.D. & Sibyl Belle (Adams) McCoy: "Dad was instrumental in getting Comanche County Hospital, Pioneer Lodge, and the Scout Building built. He was so proud of that hospital. It was one of the most well equipped in the area, with labor and delivery rooms, nursery, 2 O.R.'s, E.R., X-Ray, and fully equipped Lab. Ruth Botts was an absolutely brilliant lab technician. The 2 of them excelled in investigative medicine and poured their hearts into it." -- Melanie McCoy.
