Pearl Vesta (Alexander) Nickell Deck

MRS. ROBERT DECK

Pearl Vesta Deck, 87, died Tuesday at Ashland District Hospital. Born Pearl Vesta Alexander, Sept. 7, 1892 at Protection, she married Roscoe Nickell in 1912, at Protection. He died in 1914. She married Robert L. Deck in 1926 at Protection. He died Dec. 27, 1959.

She was a member of the Methodist Church, O.E.S., Rebekah Lodge, all of Protection.

Surviving is her sister, Mrs. Julia Foster, Protection.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at the church with the Rev. Richard Krenz officiating. Burial will be at Protection Cemetery, friends may call until 9 p.m Thursday and from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Friday at Hatfield-Prusa Funeral Home, Coldwater.
