Scarlet Fever

Dr. F. L. Holcomb was called to the home of Albert Downen, southeast of Coy, recently to treat Mrs. Downen, also a sister-in-law of Mr. Downen, who are sick with scarlet fever. A young son of Mr. and Mrs. Downen died following an attack of the disease.
