JESSIE MAE GADDIS DIES

Jessie Mae Gaddis, 65, died in the Halstead hospital Friday. She was a resident of Leoti, Kans., having moved there from Kiowa county in 1940. Mrs. Gaddis was a member of the Christian church at Greensburg.

Surviving is her husband, J. A. Gaddis, and five sisters, Mrs. Carrie Cave, Newton, Miss Lillian Grant, Newton, Mrs. F. W. Allen, 246 North St. Paul, Wichita, Mrs. Ida Burke, 902 1/2 West Douglas, and Mrs. Ethel Willis, route No. 6.

Funeral services will be held at the Culbertson mortuary Monday at 3;30 p.m. Rev. Robert L. Woods will officiate, and interment will be in the Greenwood cemetery at Oatville. -- Wichita Eagle.

Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Gaddis were Wilmore residents for a number of years, living on the Barlow Ranch northeast of town.
