Nellie Josephine Frederick was born February 28, 1895, and died February 25, 1917; aged 21 years, 11 months and 26 days.

She was united in marriage to Chas. Hopkins January 6, 1914. To this union one child was born, Margery Helen, aged 14 days.

She united with the Church of Christ in 1912 and held membership with that church at the time of her death.

She leaves to mourn her death, a husband, a father, and two sisters, besides many other relatives and friends.
