DIED.

JENKINS - In Coldwater, Kansas,, on Wednesday, March 21, 1904, Isaac Jenkins, aged 54 years, 2 months and 24 days.

The deceased had been in poor health for some time. A severe case of lagrippe ended in an attack of pneumonia fever which led to a rapid decline of vitality. Death occurred at 3:10 p.m. on Wednesday.

Isaac Jenkins was a native of Indiana. In 1892 he moved to Missouri, and 2 or 3 years later to Comanche co. where he had since continued to live. Mr. Jenkins was a man of considerable culture. He taught school for a number of years before coming to Kansas. He was well known throughout Comanche co. The only members of his family present at the time of his death were two sons, Fred and Ollie.

Burial took place yesterday afternoon in the Coldwater cemetery. Rev. J. J. Bagsley, of the Presbyterian church conducted brief funeral exercises.
