WELCOMED NEW-COMERS

C. McCulloch and wife arrived in this city on Wednesday from Morse City, Jefferson-co., Mo., and will locate here. They recently purchased C. C. Castle's residence property on North Central-ave. and will move in at once. Mr. McCulloch is the new owner of the John A. Lightner ranch. His son, C. N. McCulloch, and son-in-law, Mr. Williams, will have active charge of the ranch. Mr. Williams is now on his way from Missouri, bringing with him a big truck which will be used at the ranch. They brought with them two carloads of fine stock, including 68 head of registered Herefords, which will be put on the ranch. Messrs. McCulloch and Williams are experienced stock men, and as such we welcome them to our county. Mr. and Mrs. McCulloch's daughter, Mrs. Joseph Ogle, of St. Louis, accompanied them here and will remain for a few weeks.
