Wife Killed in Accident

Mrs. Edward Bobbette, formerly of Weeping Water, Nebr., but who was a resident of Noel, Mo., was killed in an automobile head-on collision on October 25. Her husband suffered a crushed chest and other injuries. However, he survived the crash. Mrs. Bobbette's body was brought to Weeping Water for burial.

Mr. Bobbette is a cousin of Ephraim Robbins, Mrs. Blanche Sooter and Mrs. Ray Emerson of the Coldwater community. The Bobbettes had visited and were visiting their daughter in the Hawaiian Islands a few years ago when the Moberleys and Brewers of this county met them. The daughter, also Mrs. Bobbette's mother, Mrs. Grace Bobbette, of Cazenovia, N. Y., flew to Weeping Water to attend the funeral.
