Wednesday morning, while C. A. Fox, a railroad hand, was currying a mule, a boy frightened another mule standing near and this mule jumped against the one Fox was currying, causing it to pull back and striking him in the abdomen with both feet and evidently injuring kidney and intestines so seriously that he died Wednesday night about 10 o'clock.
