SILVER WEDDING

Friday of last week, Mr. and Mrs. S. S. Funk living two miles south of town, celebrated the twenty-fifth anniversary of their wedding. Mr. Funk and his two daughters, Misses Della and Sarah, planned a pleasant surprise for Mrs. Funk. They sent her away from home visiting and when she returned in the evening she found a number of friends present and all things in readiness for a feast that would tickle the palate of an epicure. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. McWilliams; Mr. and Mrs. Darling; Mr. and Mrs. Paterson; Mr. and Mrs. Sprague; Mr. and Mrs. Hardy; Mr. and Mrs. Beck; Mrs. Funk was the recipient of a number of presents.
