The Western Star, February 3, 1922.

BURIED IN MISSOURI.

The body of Mrs. Lucinda F. Griffith, whose death occurred in this city on Thursday morning of last week, was taken on Saturday to Sedalia, Mo., which city had been her home for some time, and there laid to rest. Her grandson, Joe Griffith, accompanied the body to that place. Grandma Griffith's death marks the passing away of another good woman. Her long and eventful life was characterized by many deeds of kindness which will not soon be forgotten by those who survive. She had been a faithful and consistent member of the Baptist church for many years, and all with whom she was associated in any way know her never failing patience and kindness. Besides her son, Ed Griffith, and other relatives, she left many good friends in this city.

Card of Thanks - We desire to express to our neighbors and friends our sincere appreciation for the kindness and sympathy shown us during the sickness and following the death of our beloved mother. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Griffith and Mrs. Elizabeth Engler.
