Herbert F. King

Herbert F. King, 76, died Oct. 13, 1997, at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla.

He was born July 31, 1921, to Don and Helen King in Coldwater.

King attended Pleasant Ridge Grade school and graduated from Coldwater High school at age 16.

Following his enlistment in the U. S. Air Force during World War II, he was a construction engineer in St. Petersburg since 1947.

His parents and wife preceded him in death.

He is survived by a brother, Richard King of Coldwater, two sisters, Darlen Hilt of Hutchinson and Neva Markham of Coldwater.

He was cremated and his ashes were placed in the Gulf as were those of his wife.
