AGED WOMAN DIES

Mrs. M. J. LaMunyon, aged 89 years, 1 month and 5 days, died on October 20 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. F. C. Hastings, in Wilmore. She had made her home most of the time since 1911 with her daughters, Mrs. Hastings and Mrs. Carrie E. Shearer of Wilmore. Walter C. Ray, editor of the Ashland Clipper, is her grandson. W. J. Ray's first wife was a daughter of the deceased. Mrs. LaMunyon was much beloved by all who knew her. Her long and eventful life was devoted to willing and helpful service for her family and to all about her, and thus she endeared herself to all. The body was laid to rest in the cemetery at Burchfield, Nebr., by the side of her husband who died about 16 years ago.
