Ronald Joseph "Joe" McCoy

October 5, 1950 - November 1, 2007

E-mail from Melanie McCoy, November 3, 2007:

Dear Family and Friends,

My brother Joe McCoy, age 57, died at home, peacefully in his sleep, on November 1, 2007. His body will be cremated. There will be a memorial service Sunday, November 4, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. at the Williamstown Assembly of God Church, 1225 Oak Street, Perry (Williamstown), Kansas 66073.

Arrangements are being handled by Rumsey Funeral Home on 6th St. in Lawrence, Kansas. Their phone is 785-843-5111. Ask for Matt Day.

Joe is survived by his wife Karen, his son Patrick, and his grandaughter Chloe.

There will be another Memorial Service and Scattering of Joe's Ashes in Coldwater about June 21st of 2008, coinciding with his class' 40th reunion so that more may be able to attend. At this time, it is planned for the Methodist Church in Coldwater.

Joe's family requests and appreciates your prayers at this time, and into the future. If you know of someone who would like this information, please pass it along to them. Hatfield-Prusa Funeral Home in Coldwater also has some of the information.

Thank you all sincerely,

Melanie McCoy
