DEATH OF MRS. HENRY METZKER

Mrs. Henry Metzger, Kinsley, Kansas, died in Coldwater last Friday at the home of Mrs. Philip Gregg. Mrs. Metzger has been ill for the past eight weeks suffering from a paralytic stroke. On Friday a second stroke proved too much for her weakened constitution and she passed to the Great Beyond. Funeral services were held at the Christian church in Coldwater Sunday afternoon conducted by Rev. Handy. Interment was in the Crown Hill cemetery. Mrs. Metzger is survived by her husband and four children, two sons and two daughters.

(The surname was spelled both "Metzger" and "Metzker" in this obituary. The correct spelling is unknown to Shirley Brier or Jerry Ferrin.)
