Services Held For Mrs. Roy Price

Funeral services for Mrs. Roy Price were held Saturday afternoon in the Methodist Church at Greensburg, in charge. Mrs. Price passed away Thursday, May 7, in the Comanche County hospital.

"Beyond the Sunset," "In the Garden" and "Rock of Ages" were sung by Mrs. Joe Harmon, Mrs. Albert Holler, R. C. Waldorf and J. D. Rowland, with Mrs. Harmon soloist. Casket bearers were Ben Filson, Leslie Sigars, Orville Thornhill, Barney Bright, Lonnie Van Dorn, and Freddie Webb.

Interment was in the Ashland cemetery.

OBITUARY

Mrs. Mabel Price, 63, resident of Protection for the past year, died Thursday in the Comanche County Hospital, Coldwater, Kans.

Mrs. Price was born on March 25, 1890 at Douglas, Kans. She was married to Mr. Roy Price October 23, 1907 at Winfield, Kans. She was preceded in death by one son, Robert Keith.

She was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors are her husband, Roy; six sons, Norman of Schuyler, Nebr., Eldon of Douglas, Kans., Hiram and Wayne of Protection, Kans., C. M. of Colby, Kans., Stuart of Wichita, Kans.; five daughters, Mrs. Jessie Tomlin of Manson, Wash., Mrs. Barbara Bennett of Hazelton, Kans., Mrs. Ronnie Jean Keller of Greensburg, Kans., Mrs. Jarquetta Bellman of St. Louis, Mo., and Mrs. Betty McMillan of Hutchinson; one sister, Miss Essie Haver of Ashland; one brother, Mr. Emmett Haver of Wichita; 21 living grandchildren; and three preceded her in death; and one great grandson.
